Shoulders
I was just wondering what exercises, and how many sets you guys do for shoulders, including traps. Right now I do barbell shrugs, infront and behind, shoulder press, side latterals, and reverse flies on a machine. Just curious to see what everyone else does. Anything I should add or drop?
Thanks Woody |

bb or db presses first
then front db or bb or machine or cable raises then side db or machine or cable raises then rear db or machineor cable raises sometimes I throw in upright rows I like to do 2 sets (that count) at each exercise 1 heavy for 2-6 reps (2-0-1 tempo) 1 mod heavy for 6-10 reps (6-2-4 tempo) sometimes substitute 1 light for 12-15 reps (4-2-2 tempo) ICEberg Hope this helps

I usually do either one set of side laterals or 1 set of Shoulder presses with a smith machine. But I think for this summer I will have to focus more on them. I will probably drop my tricep workout to every other one and really hit them hard with the smith machine and laterals with some intensity variables thrown in.
