heavy days
how often do you guys go heavy for each muscle group and what do you consider heavy, example: heavy chest day i do 1x8, 1x5 3x3 1x2 on flat bench, etc

i do go heavy every other workout....
right now i'm doing the push/pull divide...so i'll go push (light)/pull (heavy)/cardio/rest day/push (heavy)/pull (light)/cardio/rest/...repeat Last edited by Taylor : 06-11-05 at 12:10 PM. |

Not recommended, but I go heavy every workout. So far my CNS can handle it. I'm out for strength just as much as I am for anabolism.
