Help with Injury

Hey guys, I think I already know the answer, but I just wanna hear some opinions. About two weeks ago my right bicep tendon started to hurt. Over the week it got worse and about a week ago i had to stop training upper body for the past 6 days (even chest exercises made it hurt). The pain radiated from my bicep tendon all up and down my arm, kinda a dull ache? Is this just a strained tendon? What should I do to help heal it besides rest and advil? Also, I just finished PCT yesterday from a 12 week cycle, so im really nervous that im taking this time off and i'm gonna shrink. Any advice is welcome. I've been keepin my eating up btw and trainin legs.

Well, basically yes you are fucked. Bad timing unfortunatly. Could have had something to do with coming off, but I don't know. No there is nothing more you should do than time off, NSAID's and ice. You will really screw yourself if it goes beyone a minor strain. If your PCT has been done right and you maid quality gains, you shouldn't have much problem getting back in hard after a couple weeks rest.

Yea I made great gains and havent lost weight or anything. I'm stayin active and eating well. So u think 2-3 weeks off wont be too bad? As in you think i'll be right back to where I was before i injured it pretty quickly? L8r

I would say it wouldn't take more than a few weeks to get back to where you would be at that time in the first place. For recovery I would start with two weeks completly off and then take it from there.

Probably. But the reason most peopel re-injure themselves and it becomes something serious is from not being completely healed. Usually it's about a week before it feels good again, but it's not all better. Then you go and put to much stress on a weekend injury and then a big ouch.

NMS is on a distinguished road
Was it the first cycle? I know a lot of people get tendon injuries on cycles due to lifting a lot more! Take 2-3 weeks off otherwise you could be out for a long time!
