Hey SC
I was on a guest pass to this guys gym with him this week and today we worked back. I was trying to take advantage of equipment I might not typically have access to, so just for the heck of it I figured I'd look around to see if they had one of your pullover machines. Sure enough, back in a corner was an old Nautilus pull-over machine!!! It felt really different but I could definitely tell I got a good pump from it--pretty cool machine. I can definitely see why you like it. Just thought I'd share that I had that wonderful experience. I wish the gym I joined had one but the golds gym I joined is doing a lot of precor and hammer strength and I don't think precor has that kind of machine.

cool. I am glad you liked it. Nothing like hitting the back and taking the weak link arms out of the equation.

I wish my gym had one. I usually take a rope and connect it to a high puly, then get on my knees and do the movement. Saw arnold do it pumping iron. Dont think it is as effective, but ill throw it in for a good burn late in my back work.

A great superset is the pullover and then use an assisted pullup machine (cuz I sure as hell can't do one with my bodyweight after pullovers, lol) for the superset.
