Post your Leg Routines
I've having trouble building on size with my legs, i'm continually gaining strength but the size just isn't growing
i have access to dead lift, leg extension machine, hamstring curls, leg press, and i can do squats but i can't go extremely heavy because i don't have a squat rack, i use my bench and reverse the pegs and it's more or less like a box squat because i only go down to where the bench on the bench press is i have the cable machines at the gym but i dont use them for my legs at all i play a baseball so i do alot of running, im thinking that could have something to do with me not gaining as much size in my legs...but i am noticeably gaining size in my upper body my calves are fine, i'm looking for more thickness in the quads/ham area |

if your gaining strength in your legs but not size, its going to be related to diet/genetics. Or you are gaining size and not noticing it. have you taken measurements?

well I hope you do understand that size and strength are not directely correlated...I would read this article and see if it gives you an idea.
