Can anyone give me a good program for football?

I am going to play college football and I was looking for a new lifting program to put on mass mostly. I currently weigh 212lbs looking to put on about 230lbs by january.

This may not be what you wanted to hear but I don't want you to waste anyones time. You said before that you were running an expierence cycle and there were things you should have known first. Your training should have been perfect before starting. If you were wanting to gain size you should have done that while on a cycle. You may still be on, but really... Through all that you never posted your diet. So before anyone spends time helping you with a training program, I want you to first post your diet. Without the diet the training program is going to be a waste and you won't gain the size you want.

Being a football player myself, I heard about www.nikegridiron.com. It's a good website, and if you sign up with nike you cna ahve a 8 week program designed for your level of play and position for free.

go Yankees is on a distinguished road
Having played (and trained a lot for) football myself, I would suggest doing a lot of hang/power cleans, incline barbell presses, front/regular squats, deadlifts, and plyometric exercises. Don't forget that when training for a sport, your goals are a bit different than those of a bodybuilder training for a show. In your case, your level of physical performance is your goal, as opposed to merely obtaining a certain physical attribute or appearance. I'd suggest you don't get too off-track in shooting for 230 lbs, and just eat well, take your protein and creatine, and train hard

Very cool link.

I have put together a high school level training program for off season and football season training. It's nothing special though, but had lots of input from college and high school players to make it.
