Bulking Tri's

What is the best exercise/routine for bulking up tris? I know there are probably compound exercises that effect it in the process, and yes I do have a full body work out somewhere posted on here, but what is the most effective way to bulk em up with respects to training/exercise?

It's an everyone's different kind of answer. So hopefully you can get some good ideas and work with them. For me, the best mass builder has been a sitting up french press , my elbows pulled in as close as possible with maintiaing control, with a dumbell.

I like weighted dips and overhead rope extensions. A lot of tricep things kill my elbows though so my choices have been limited. I think skull crushers are a good choice for mass.

It's my personal expierence and expierence from clients... If you don't have bad elbows give mine a try. I don't know where you got "decline" from but then go for the skull crushers/nose breakers.

I've been using dumbbells for skullcrushers lately. It has a different feel from the EZ curl bar skullcrushers and requires a lot more concentration to make sure the elbows don't flare out, and it is of course impossible to compensate for one arm with the other.

I don't ever get sore from these for some reason. I don't really feel dips either, but they are supposed to be the number 1 mass builder for tri's.

I am fortunate that I was born with good tri's. All I have to do is look at my tri's and they will grow! But in all honesty the rope pressdown, overhead rope extensions and the french press works best for me! Try changing your grips, wide and narrow, and see what happens!

Now the biceps....that's a different story!
