My Routine
I'm going to start lifting again once school starts. I was thinking of working....
Triceps and Chest on Monday Legs on Tuesday Shoulders and Back on Thursday Biceps and Abs on Friday I'm just getting started back up again. If you guys could help it would be appreciated. I was maybe thinking about working bi's with back but I'm not sure what exactly to do. |

The routine looks good; I would switch biceps and shoulders...Do back/bi's and leave shoulders with Abs on Friday; makes a little more sense IMO. I'm actually suprised to see a routine like this from a football guy.
By the way when doing bi's you probably won't need as much volume since your bi's will get some work from back; you probably already knew that though. WM |

Ya, thanks. Well I'm not really training for football exactly. I jsut wanan get strong. I might try and compete towards the end of the year or later on.
