Bulk training
If your goal is to get 'bigger' should you do less exercises (like 2ish) for low reps and high weight? And Higher reps more exercises for defining?

i just do 3-4 different exercises with 3-4 sets of each, doing reps of 6-10. I do either 1-2 body parts per day. I trian 4-5 days out of the week.

2 exercises is fine for bis... 3-4 for tris.4-5 chest 4-6 back shoulders 3-4 Legs all you can handle....LOL rep range 6-8....This is effective for me......
