Arm

I didn't really know what forum to put this in. Well back on June 15 I broke my arm at a football game. I still can't do lifts like, barbell curls, and dumbell curls, because I can't turn my arm completely around. I broke it right at the wrist, and I have having problems turning my arm around so that the forearm is facing completely forward, it was really bad when it first came out of the cast but it has improved alot....But over the last like 3 weeks it hasn't really improved at all. Do you guys have any suggestions or exercises I can do to help it recover properly?

I'm assuming you are saying that you can't get it completely supine. Meaning palm up.

What exercises have you been doing? It seems that all the injuries I have worked with have a certain pace of rehabilitation. Then all of a sudden it plateaus. All we have done is just keep working at it for the most part. We would throw in sport specific exercises to continue also. Then all of a sudden on day it just breaks that stopping point. One example would be an acl rehab. Got everything going like it was suppose to, then after that weeks of rehab exercises it was plateaud. We just kept working at it and one day she was just simply walking and there was a pop. The scar tissue that was inhibiting her last bit of ROM tore off. It swelled up a bit, but wasn't painful. Then she just kept doing the strengthing and sport until she was 100%.
