Question training help!!

hey all....
i'm 24, 5'10 and about 145 lbs..... i am trying to to pick up some lbs/muscle.... i run alot which probally isn't good should i not do cardio n just lift???? or does someone have a training tip/plan i can try and use?????

Do as the others mentioned.

But generally, eating more protein and cutting cardio is helpful.

How does your diet look? If want to be big you have to eat big and lift hard. I would cut the cardio as well or at least cut back a little. You can't get big if you burning too many calories.
