hey all....
i'm 24, 5'10 and about 145 lbs..... i am trying to to pick up some lbs/muscle.... i run alot which probally isn't good should i not do cardio n just lift???? or does someone have a training tip/plan i can try and use????? |

Do as the others mentioned.
But generally, eating more protein and cutting cardio is helpful. |

How does your diet look? If want to be big you have to eat big and lift hard. I would cut the cardio as well or at least cut back a little. You can't get big if you burning too many calories.
