Cardio Lowering BF%?
Hey everyone whats ups? Im wondering how to lower my BF% either with a more strict det or if cardio will do it alone. Im around +-13% and would like to get down to around 10%. I started adding cardio slightly in my workout everyday and I am begining Lacrosse this week which meets 3 times a week plus games on weekend. Will I notice a decrease from just the lacrosse? I havent had constant cardio since high school and that was 4 years ago. My diet is pretty good. I dont eat all that bad. Any input would be great. Thanks!

Diet is always the foundation of gaining muscle and losing fat. Cardio is also good but if you have a shitty diet, cardio isn't going to help much.

whats a decent diet that would be suitable for a full time student where its hard to fit meals in every 2 hours or so. I always have a good breakfast....5 eggs with one yoke and a cup of oats...but what would be good from there?

carbs: oats, granola, whole wheat pasta, whole wheat breads, brown rice, sweet pot. fats: animal fat, natural PB, flax oil and of course veggies preparing food ahead of time will help you because ur a student. i cook once a week, sometimes twice. if ur on the run there are things that u can throw in the microwave real quick. i usually get uncle bens ready made brown rice, not instant, ready made. and bumble bee and starkist make flavored tunas. steaks or ground up for a sandwhich. perfect for on the run.
