I just don't wanna train today

I am tired, and stressed right now, and I would feel like shit if I were in the gym today. I just wanna go home and laydown and nap for a couple of hours.

Of course if I don't go, I"ll feel like a big peice of shit for not lifting. Gods of iron damn me.

I have found myself like that many of days. But if you train right the rest of the time it's good to listen to your body and won't hurt you at all.

I know physically one day isn't going to kill me and I can just make it up tomorrow. Psychologically though I can't deal with not going. Oi vey eh?

I used to be like that...I am now to the point where I can take off two weeks and come back mentally prepared and stronger. Days off are a good thing.

only time i've really felt like i can't move is when one of my best friends passed away....it was a feeling i never had...i felt weak, i didn't feel like moving much less lifting something heavy over and over again
