Home gyms

Well guys just wanted to know if anyone has any experience with home gyms like the Boflex or Soloflex machines. My schedule does not allow me to run back and forth to the gym right now, so I'm thinking about purchasing one of these machines so I can just out at home over the winter. Suggestions??

I put together my own home gym. Depending on your budget, you can do a really decent job of getting all the stuff you need with free weights and a few machines.

Like Rocket said though, this is designed more for bodybuilding workouts. If you just want to tone and get some exercise, a different option might be better.
