lower leg pain
i wake up in the middle of the night and my lower leg and calves r throbbing many nights i kno this is prob due to skiing but is there ne thing i can do to minimize this

Sciatica (probably) - stretch your lower back, ice/heat it, take NSAIDs, and rest. Dont reply... use google if you dont understand.
