pre-exhaustion??
I tried it with legs (leg extensions before squats) and chest (pec deck before incline press) and got more of a pump and burn than before, but studies (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/q...&dopt=Abstract) claim that it doesn't work. Does anyone have experience with it?
