all expeirenced lifters......
hey....i found out that i tore my ACL last weekend in a very nuddy rainy football gamew hich ended my seasona dn track season. I am 6'0'' 182lbs and i want to play college ball and have a great senior year comgin back from tearing my ACL
I just would liek to ask all teh guys out there for a upper body routine for 6 months..... as of right now my max bench is around 245 i can do 185 reps for about 10-12 all i care about right now is rehabbing my knee and getting ready for next season......I would really appreciate your help. thanks |

Well about after about 4 weeks at the most post surgery, you should have enough support for standing support. So most your upper body should be good to go as before. Only thing is, in that 4 weeks keep an eye on your fatigue. You body is recovering from extensive surgery, so it's easy to get tired.
