quad workout (not hams, though)

I do quads and hamstrings on separate days. As it is now, I do RDLs, ham curls, and glute-ham raises on ham day, and squats, leg presses, and extensions on quad day. What quad exercises should I be doing, and how should I structure my quad workou?

I was thinking of more narrow- and wide-stance squats, more lunges, drop sets on extensions, and less leg pressing, but I'm not sure...ideas?

I really like front squats (or hack squats) for quads after my squats. Although now that Im getting more weight with the front squats it's getting harder to keep my upper body form. But we don't have a hack machine at my gym and the smith machine really sucks.

You don't need anything but squats. Just regular old squats. I do leg presses too, but that's really just a warm-up.

what's your feeling on extensions, though? Once in a while I'll (be masochistic and) do them before squats, sometimes I'll do a drop set after leg workouts, and I really feel a pump

Feelinga pump doesn't really mean anything. Leg extensions are pretty close to worthless IMO. They aren't going to do anything for your legs that squats won't. You can use them for a warm-up exercise, but I prefer 10 minutes on a bike followed by a few sets of high rep leg presses.
