anyone do em? how do they feel? anyone swear by them? jw i saw them for the first time 2day n they look odd

Gotcha - I think there is another name for them but I can't think of them. I thought you were talking about those girly butt machines
As for the exercise - it is a pretty good one. Also, that is an ingenious way of setting them up. Most gyms have a bench set up specifically for those.... |

its actually a good move if done right..the only problem is that you can't really add weight but its a good beginner movement

I do them, I like them a lot...I try to go down slowly so I can feel it a bit more in my hamstrings
