Question on workout machine
There is a piece of equipement in my gym it is a maxicam. The plates are loaded onto the front and the place where you place your feet is angled up, you basically stand on and kind of pull up with two handles. It appears though it is a machine to work back. Some what of a row movement.
I have seen only like two people work on this machine, but they stand on it totally different. -one person bent over at the waist all the way forward - another person was more up right slight angled forward What is the name of this machine? What is the correct stance on this machine? Sorry to be so unclear in description, seems like an interesting piece of equipment that hardly anyone uses. |

I like it, but I find people get relaxed on there form very quickly. It puts there lower back at high risk.
