Inner Tricep
I have been doing lying tricep extensions with ez-curl bar and also press downs with the curved handles. My outside triceps are really tight after working out and seem to be building up nicely. However the inside triceps close to the body do not seem to be getting any bigger or building up. What exercises target this muscle. If the ones I am doing should, what could I be doing wrong.
Thanks Sorry for the million questions lately, have been hitting the gym pretty hard these days and feeling pretty good. |

I think if you do presses with your palms rotated away from your body you'll hit the inside of your tris...try (no pun intended) decline skull crushers, nice'n'slow, and feel the stretch at the top
I think Control will answer this more accurately, though

You are not doing any thing wrong it seems like you just need to keep doing what u been doing and they'll grow. Like go Yankees said do skull crushers they are my favorites also. Just make sure while you are doing them you have a good form. Try to keep your elbows tucked in and point them straight to ceiling. When I do them I try to bring the bar to my hair line or just past my head. And sometimes I finish with the one arm behind the head dumbbell extensions.

French presses is what really made my grow. Just have to make sure and keep your elbows in by (not flared out) your head.
