When I am off cycle, natually training.....I normally do the Max-OT workout routine. Emphasizing 1 muscle group a day each day throughout the week with 2 days off. Staying in the gym for only 40 minutes each day. I have experienced great gains with this workout and love it.
BUT I am going on my first cycle soon and I need advice. When on cycle should I switch to 3 a days? I have heard that guys increased daily workouts (i normally do one) Should workout time increase? I know one of the main applications or effects of test is increased protein synthesis and muscle repair in muscle cells and thus I would expect increased ability to recooperate--->decreased repair time. What are you guys experience in difference of OFF and ON workouts? Should I do 3-a-days? |

you have a good work out routine in off-cycle.
IMO you should exactly double your routine. train each body part 2 times a week. that worked pretty well for me. I had T-e too. have a good cycle |
