comin back...

What i had thought to be a shoulder (rotator cuff) injury turned out to be a slight tear in my pectoral tendon, so says my doc. This injury having occured a little less then 2 months ago i reluctantly decided to take a rest from lifting from when it happened till yesterday. yesterday i stepped into a gym for the first time in the two months that i have taken off...hopped on the bench expecting to be far weaker than what i had worked up to i was suprised to see that i hadnt lost much strength and my tendon pain and injury was not bothering me at all...i have decided to get back into the game but at a slow pace so is not to irritate or re-injure my tendon...its gonna be hard since i have since then gotten use to sleeping in and not waking up at 3 every morning to go to the gym, but its all worth it in the end...its also not gonna be easy getting back into the right diet since that also went down the shitter...its all gonna be worth it tho when i get back and work myself back up to being 100%...My doctor said that i should do some physical therapy to help recovery which i am also goin to do along with lifting...hopfully i can also get back into my muay thai &jiu jitsu training and get everything back on track...
man its good to get back in the gym...
