routines
just wondering what routines people are doing:
heres mine: Sunday chest shoulders tri Tuesday Arms back forearms Thurs Legs I'm trying to do cardio and abs on sundays and tuesdays any suggestions to what to ad??? |

Mon -- Chest, Arms, Thighs--Run
Tues -- Abs -- Swim Wed -- Shoulders, Back, Calves -- Bike Thur -- Chest, Arms, Thighs -- Run Fri -- Abs --Swim Sat -- Shoulders, Back, -- Long Bike Sunday -- Church, football, diapers, couch, eat That is mine. It depends on what your goals are.
