Legs Shrinking
I just started doing cardio 3-4times week now. MWF, do it 10 minutes intense, and on Thursdays i do 45 minutes low intensity.
For legs i do 3 sets of each: squats, leg presses, hack, and leg extensions. Ive been noticing a big time lose in muscle in the legs recently. I train hams on differnet days. Could this be due to that im running on the treadmill, doing sprints for 10 minutes. They werent like this before. They look more muscluar though but big loss in size.

are you gettin real lean? i notice i carry almost no fat in my legs. that could be happing to you. now if i could just get the back-fat to do the same.

Been noticing that i lost fat too around the legs. 2 nights ago, i shaved the legs and noticed them smaller, but also way too leaner. I dropped from 226 to 209 right now in 5-6 weeks. People tell me i look the same but leaner. I guess its my mind playing games but in the leg department they lost size.
