How much cardio?
How much cardio should I do a week without over doing it? I just started a cycle of Lipo6 along with a new healthy diet and I was thinking about doing cardio 4-5 times a week for about 40-50 minutes. Will that be enough? Or too much?

Im 5'8" and about 220. And I want to get to sub 200. Im not to concerned about losing muscle mass because I tend to build back quite quickly I just want to get sub 200 and then "if" I'm happy I'll build back up with muscle.

this depends on how much you are doing now at that weight. if you arent doing anything, i would start out at 30 minutes for 3x a week. if you wanna push it, you can start out doing it 4 times a week for 30 minutes. no reason to do more than you have to--you should lose weight pretty easily at the beginning of a diet.

I would like to do my cardio in the morning but I also in the evening. So do I do 15 min in the morning and 15 min in the evening or can I push it and do two 30 min sessions a day 4x a week?

no, 4hrs of cardio is way too much to begin with. Why dont you just do 30 minutes all at once?

Its best to start slow and build up.
