Cardio before of after lifting?
Which is better, or does it even make a difference? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If possible, neither, do it at a seperate time. You dont want to wear yourself out before you lift and after you lift you need to quit straining your body and get some food in to get your muscles recovering.
IMO it doesnt matter if you are bulking or cutting. Maybe if youre training for a specific sport? |

I always do cardio after. I lift first to use up the glycogen in my muscles, and then do cardio afterwards so that my body has to dip into the fat stores for energy. But like what was said earlier, cardio is catabolic, so don't overdo it.
