legs workout

need help
I know I should have hit the search button blah blah blah,

I just need a good leg workout that I could do to build my legs up.

My legs are about the ssame size they were when I was in 10th grade(1999) and wrestled 112, I am now 170 pretty solid up top with the skinniest legs in the world.

Can anybody help? I also have a bad left knee that I fractured in a motorcycle accident May of 04 so any exercises that are less strenuous on the knee would be great thanks.

Start off with the bar and teach yourself to squat deep. Feet slightly wider than shoulder width (a little wider if you have to), back straight, eyes forward. Bend at the hips, not with your back. Lower yourself down all the way and pause for a half second, then explode up ward through your heels. A deep, full, squat is the core of good lower-body training training. It will develop your quads, lower back, hamstrings, glutes and abs. Once you get your squat form down you can add leg presses, romanian deadlifts, good-mornings, weighted hyper extenions, and leg curls.
