Triceps...........

What are good tricep mass builders?I usually do all iso work(pull/pushdowns and cable) but I remember reading somewhere that heavy compound movement is the way to go as far as building mass. The only compound movements I can think of for tri's are closegrip benchpress and skull crushers. There has to be more than that.......
Also, are there exercises that focus more on the different heads of the tricep?
What do you guys like to do as far as tricep development? The reason I ask this is because ever since I moved to doing wide grip benchpress for chest my tri's dont get that much of a workout anymore so I feel that the iso work alone is not enough for me to stimulate growth in the tri's.

Cable Pressdowns and French Presses are good too.

If you can't do regular dips, start by doing these:

Would you guys consider skull crushers a compound movement? I always thought it was closer to an isolation excercise so i've kept my number of sets low. Should I bump them up?

You don't need to do 4 exercises for tri's. Do close-grip bench and either skull-crushers or push-downs. Also, most gyms have a machine that helps you do pull-ups/dips by counter-balancing some of your bodyweight.
