Routine change
Normally I train
day 1 chest and tri's day 2 Back And Bi's day 3 Legs abs day 4 shoulders calves, fore arms and abs Changed too day 1 Chest day 2 same day 3 shoulder tris abs day 4 legs calves forearms and abs My tris are dead after shoulder's think I'll put them back on chest day. Doesn't make sense to me why there more tired on my shoulder day than my chest day. I think it's mainly cause I'm so frigging tall. I'm 6'6" and have a wingspan of 6'6" also hehe. Maybe it's also cause my Bi's are tired and healing. Little more insight is needed thanks.

push/pull/legs. About once a year I'll train arms on their own day for a few weeks or whatever just for fun.
