Kiev is on a distinguished road
Tired all the time

I had surgury and took 2 1/2 weeks off to recover. Been back working out for 2 weeks. 4 day lifting one cadio and 2 off. Besides seeing new growth and soreness I have been tired alot. Just seams that it takes alot of caffeine to get motivated. Been eating oatmeal every morning with Protien shake and coffee.
Could the lactic acid in my muscles be making me tired? Another week or two and I'll get my blood check. Before surgury I was more intence and hard working. Doctor says everything is 100%. Just wondering if it is down time from gym or just in my head. Thanks

did the doctor just make an educated guess or did he actually run bloodwork to make the claim that everything is 100%?

I would check the bloodwork for sure. Could you be overtraining?

babyblues is an unknown quantity at this point
Sometimes it just takes longer for your body to come back. Especially to the point where you can go whole hog in the weight room. Earlier this year, I was sick for a couple of days and that took so much out of me that I was tired for the next week.
