Biceps Problems

My outer biceps seem to be lagging behind my inner biceps. I have tried idea after idea over the last two years from forums and books to improve my outer biceps and I've made no progress in bringing them up. I have even lost some of the overall biceps mass that I had since I began doing exercises that focus on my outer biceps. I'm considering switching to doing exercises that focus on 1) overall biceps mass and 2) improving my biceps peak. I’m hoping that I can improve the rest of my biceps, and get at least decent outer biceps by improving my overall mass and peaks. I included some pictures of where my biceps are at, and if anyone has any advice or opinions about this I'd greatly appreciate it. Right now I’m hoping to improve my biceps workout, and I know that I need to eat more and gain more size too in order to improve my biceps.

Thank you,
jmbm

What is your routine? Post that so we will know what you are doing. Could be that you are doing too many reps and just keeping your muscles tone. Gotta increase the weight to gain the mass.

I would suggest building more mass before you start worrying about "inner" vs "outer". Until you have 25" guns, that should be the least of your concerns.
