After working out 18 days ago my left forearm hurt

It hurt after the workout. I thought it was from cleans. I struggled with the

weight. I worked out again today & my forearm hurts again. I didn't do

cleans. Advice?

What information?

It is painful in the muscle. The pain goes the length of the forearm.

Thanks for replying.

You might have pulled something and/or have a pinched nerve. Take a few days off from anything that you have to grip and see if the pain subsides. If not, you may need to see a doc.

Thanks for the replies.

The pain is subsiding. Although slowly.
