How do you get rid of MAN BOOBS??

Hey guys I have a serious case of man boobs. I had some pubescent gyno pre-cycle and now post cycle without any PCT I have a SERIOUS case of Man Boobs! My question is what can I do to get rid of them training wise? Its mainly my lower chest that sags like a 65yr old womans tits.

Right now for chest I do decline barbell, flat and incline barbell. Also cables, flys on the machine and occasionally hammer strength machines. Any advice would be appreciated!

What are your stats bro? especillay your BF%. And when you touch is it hard or soft? (OK no perv jokes here.) If it soft, it simply means you got too much BF, loose some weight and you'll be fine. If not surgery. When my weight goes up I get them too. I mean not as bad as yours but I do and when start my cutting diet it goes away with in a few weeks.

Hey thanks for the advice WNABEABEAST, its actually pretty soft but one side hangs a little lower. BF is about 18%, 6'2" 235? I don't know exactly how to check my BF%?

If you don't have any hard lumps most likley your bf is just too high. I would start eatting clean and try to get your bf around 12% and see how they look then. Even when I'm bulking I don't go over 12%. If you need help with a diet please ask. Good luck!

Just to add to this I also had a quick question. I also heard that not enough incline work compared with the flat and decline movements can cause man-titties. Any truth to this?? I also find myself sagging just a little lately but it really doesnt feel like fat.

See a surgeon if really wnat them fixed,,,some have had luck treating pre-existing gyno with letrozole.

I don't think it will much matter if the man boobs are made of fat. Cardio and good eating will be the only thing that makes a big difference.

wrong. fat does not turn into muscle and muscle does not turn into fat. has nothing to do with decline, incline, or any of that. he needs to drop his body weight bf%.

Agreed with B here. Two months ago I had some serious case of man boobs, I had about 18% bf and now with some good dieting for the last two months they are almost gone. My bf is now under 9% and with my current progres speed it should all be gone with in next week.

There are cases where high BF% is culprit.
