Does Jogging burn fat??

I am trying to drop my body fat from about 14% to about 8-9%... When I wake up in the morning, I take my ephedrine and caffiene then I go for a jogging interval routine... this includes jogging for about 1 minute, then walking for 2, then jogging for 1 minute then walking for 2 and so on and so forth, i repeat this over and over for about 25 minutes and let me tell you i get pretty damn winded lol... my question is, is this sufficient cardio to reach my goal? this AM cardio is done 5 time a week with wednesdays and saturdays off, and i also weight train 3-4 times in the PM and occasionally hop on the stationary bike for 15 min after training... my diet is flawless so that is not an issue since i only eat carbs in my first two meals and everything is clean clean... any info greatly appreciated

Interval cardio like that is supposed to be great for fat burning. That combined with your stellar diet should provide you with good results...
