Thumbs up 11 days & counting

No weights, no cardio, no jiu jitsu practice; NOTHINGI've never taken off more than 5 days in a row in about 4yrs and I think it's time for me to do so...I feel great right now...Relaxed and so at ease...My body was telling me a I needed a break, so there you have it.

I'm taking off for an entire month, heal up a bit, still watch the diet, take my vitamins, but just take my mind off the gym/training for a bit

It's good to relax sometimes ya' know.
