Vernam is on a distinguished road
What do you think of this split???

My chest and legs are lagging behind. I read somewhere that training two muscle groups in one day, but 6-7 hours apart, will speed up the growing process. So just wanted to know what you think of this split:

Mon: CHEST (hit it fast and hard and go home to eat)
Tue: am. QUADS -- pm. HAMS
Wed: OFF
Thur: BACK & BICEPS
Fri: SHOULDERS & TRICEPS
Sat. & Sun: OFF
Yes i know. Wierd looking split. But i like trying new things and i dont have that much free time on my hands right now so 4 days of training plus im off gear. Once i go back on cycle, 6 days in the gym sometimes twice a day.

FEEL FREE TO CRITICIZE!!!
