Looking for new routine for bulking, confused between supersets and dropsets

Hey guys im about to start an 8 week bulk phase and I am trying to figure out what routine would be best for me to follow to help put on the most quality mass, any suggestions? I was reading about supersets and dropsets, i am not sure as to how to perform the two.. could someone give me an example of say a full chest workout involving supersets vs dropsets, how many exercises that would be done and how it would flow, I would greatly appreciate it... by the way my routine would look something like this, its out of two possible routines

Routine A:
Day 1 - Chest
Day 2 - Back, Abs
Day 3 - OFF
Day 4 - Arms
Day 5 - Shoulders, Abs
Day 6 - Legs
Day 7 - OFF

Routine B:
Day 1 - Chest, Shoulders
Day 2 - Back, Abs
Day 3 - OFF
Day 4 - Legs
Day 5 - Arms, Abs
Day 6 - OFF
Day 7 - OFF

Which routine is best?

I guess my main question is how would i perform a chest workout doing dropsets? Or how would I perform a chest workout doing supersets? What exercises and how it would flow

Dropsets are simply done by going with a heavy weight at first and then without any rest dropping the weight down and going again, dropping the weight down and going again, dropping the weight down and going again (if you don't have a workout partner - or two - who can help you strip the weights on a bench etc then just stick to a machine and drop the pin yourself). If you're going for a good dropset and you don't have a partner to help then definitely stick with machines - you can't run the entire rack of dumbells with chest exercises very well and the same goes for a barbell exercise...

Supersets are simply two or three exercises done back to back to back without any rest in between until you're done with the "full" set. You can go with this type of setup - flat barbell bench press immediately followed by incline flyes followed by cable crossovers etc - just set yourself up ahead of time and keep everything close by so you're not hogging up half the gym....

All in all - there are a THOUSAND ways to perform these types of workouts so just be creative (but smart). Also, don't go with a program like this for very long as you can become fairly stagnant on something like this pretty quickly......

so with dropsets i could for example take two exercises such as flat barbell bench press and flys and incorporate just these two exercises for my entire chest day... for example say after warming up with two sets it would flow like this...

Flat bench:
Set 1 - Lift fairly heavy till failure, then reduce weight and continue till failure, then reduce weight and continue till failure

Rest 90 seconds

Set 2 - Raise weight slightly and lift till failure, reduce weight and continue till failure, reduce weight and continue till failure

Rest 90 seconds

Set 3 all the way up to set 5 same concept gradually raising the weight every set

Then switch to Flys and do the exact same concept and method

Would this be a sufficient chest workout? Granted it is only two different exercises but 5 sets of each...

i hate threads like this when they try to cram 40 questions into one thread.

Diet? I eat more to bulk, I eat less and diet/cardio to cut. What are you really askng? Define a goal. In general low volume routine's will build strength (for some) which involve low reps under 8, longer rest periods, more time off (Workout B?!?) i.e Bill Star's 5 x 5 - better example. I'm not sure what drop sets have to do with your thread title.

This routine posted by an SM member is much better than either of your splits.
Upper body/Lower body
