Mother of hell..
Anyone that wants to shock the legs during your next legs training give this a try.
20 sets for 20 reps and hold 5 seconds at the top leg extensions at the very start of the leg work out. Use a weight that you can do but also burns like hell by the 20th rep. Than move on to your usual leg workout. Your legs should be so pumped and full that you shouldn't be able to push your usual amount. Go as heavy as you can with good form. If you do this right you wont be able to walk the next day. This is just a little shock treatment to throw into a workout every once in awhile. I did this yesterday and cant do much but sit down today. lol

I already hate hitting legs as is and you want us to do this? Good gawd. I'll just have to wear a diaper and shit on myself since I don't want to have to deal with having to get on and off the toilet for the next 5 days.
