Feeling funny after cardio
I just started to do some cardio again. i am doing 30 min on the elliptical after my weight training. I have only done it the past 3 days so it is still a new thing. Anyway, after I get done for about an hour I feel really funny, kinda like shaky and maybe a little dizzy. My heart rate stays between 130 and 150 while I am doing the cardio, so I don't think I am over doing it. I am also not on any thermogenics or anything like that. Any one have any idea what this is, or is it normal after a cardio session.

It sounds like a lack of oxygen in your blood. Try taking a little more time to cool down before stepping off the elipitcal. Jumping right into 30 min of cardio is a lot.

alright, I will give that a try. My brother also brought up a good point in that I also just cut out soda, which I was drinking a lot of. So I think it might be all the sugar I am not taking in anymore as well.
