What kind of weights are you using with this???

AND....

Are you doing 100 reps straight and then moving on to the next exercise or is it like the other thread you have (20-30 reps each on a circuit with enough sets to reach 100 reps)?

Hardly any everything is super light. 50-60lbs extensions,50-60lbs leg curls 135lbs squats. just light weights once you get to your 60th rep you'll see what I mean.

That'd depend on your definition of a 'mass routine'.

It's one of a number of shock techniques.

How effective it is depends on an individual's adaptive response.

6 weeks is a generic length.

Some would not last 4 weeks on such before bodyweight started to fal drastically.

I wouldn't suggest it for just anybody. i.e. I wouldn't suggest it for anyone who's not attuned to his individual physiology.

I have a few questions...
What about lifters not on AAS, would that make a difference to length of time on a program like this? You're doing a ton of volume, could a natural lifter still make gains like that? I was thinking doing this 3x a week MWF. Would I need to adjust caloric intake at all? I'm looking forward to trying something new for a bit...

Good question. I'll ask my friend, he is the one that put me on this program but my guess is you should start with half the volume and see how your recovery rate is. Plus your food intake has to be perfect. I'd say yes you deinitely have to adjust your caloric intake. I don't know how much do you weigh but your protein intake has to be min 200grams and your carbs should be around 400. Like I said I'll find out more.

I spoke to my buddy and he said just adjust your food and try to get to 100 reps and see how your body handles it.
