Abs? Whats the best way to tighten up and get some definition?
Whats the best way to tighten up and get some definition? I'm dieting pretty good. Lost like 15 pounds in 1 1/2 months and now i wanna tighten up my abs.

Abs are the last thing to obtain. You just have to keep leaning out. You can do exercises to build and shape the muscle, but if you are not lean enough you won't see them. In fact you will probably just look fatter.

Agreed. You said you are getting better, that's becaue you lost 15lbs. I don't know what your stats are but imagine if you lost another 10-15lbs how much better you'll look? Like Shibby said doing ab exercises are going to strenghten and shape the ab muscles, it will not burn the layer of fat over them.

Thanks for the good info. Ya I was 225lb on the first of the year now im down to 209lb. Just eating 2000 or less cals and training for MMA.

What would help me shed pounds faster just old fashion good hard work and lots of cardio or should i shred?
