akb is on a distinguished road
Looking for some guidance..

I am 6'2 205, 30 y/o. I lost 40 pounds and have managed to keep it off for almost a year. I didn't lift much, just mainly a lot of cardio and strict diet. Now I'm wanting to lose about 15 more and get some definition in my arms, shoulders, chest, back and ab area...

I should mention that I don't have the luxury of being able to hit the gym for a couple hours a day. I travel a good bit and spend a lot of time in hotels. When I am not on the road I do go to the gym during my lunch.

Can anybody give me some info on what I can do in the gym to get the most out of what little time I have? And also, when I can't get into the gym, what are some things I can do when travelling?

TIA!

AK
