Circuit training!
Ok guys first sorry it took me a while to post this.
Now first was the 100 rep sets now the circuit training. Ok I don't wanna scare anybody but this routine makes me miss the 100 rep sets. OK for starters you have to kinda prepare all your weights before you start. I know this is gonna sound like an overtraining but according to my buddy these routines makes your body to utilize everything you take(AAS that is)and make you grow, and believe me it works. Now, you have to pick about 5 or 6 exercises per body part depending how big the muscle group is(like for back and legs you can pick 6 exercises) Start with the light to modarete weight and do 20-15 reps of each exercise without any breaks, now as soon as you finish that five or six exercise circuit go back to the first exercise and up the weight.( again depending on that body part it could be anywhere between 5-20lbs) and continue to do that circuit for 5 rounds and don't forget the up the weight after each circuit. Talk about getting huge pumps, hell I even wake with that pump. Have fun guys. :nerdnew:
