at first i thought he might just be warming up, but he keeps "warming" up and then changes his exercise again to use both hands... and then goes even further changing his stance and back to one arm, all still outside of the machine. i ask because i have this piece of Hammer Strength in my garage and never once thought to use it as such. i figure he's like 50 y/o or around there and in awesome shape so must know something i'm just not understanding. after 15 minutes of video, he never uses the machine as it was intended. even late in the viddy, he goes on to use the HS row machjine for a pressing exercise. i can't wait to get home and try this stuff out. any thoughts?

i've been doing the movements for a couple months now and it feels good in the lat at the end-squeeze, but seems to use too much arm during the pull no matter how hard i try to isolate the lat.
