Trouble with cramps
I will be honest,i am not sure if this is the right section to post in but i figure if its no,it will get moved. But anyway,to the problem. I have begun to train intensely 3 times a day. Longer running in the morning, lifting afternoon and sprints and explosive drills evening. I am having trouble with cramps in my calves and i know drinking water should eliminate most of it but its not doin the job. I was wondering for those who train for football or basketball use to get rid of cramps. gatorade maybe, but thats sugar.Any ideas? thanks again

Potassium helps. I get cramps from MMA moves. Sprints and plyometrics just get me sore.
