quick question
I run every morning and every night. Is it better to eat before or after I run in the morning? Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

first question...why run morning and night? I take you are training for a race? personally I can't run after eating...or it would have to be like a light meal like lean meat and broccli and then I would wait 40 minutes at least. I like running in the morning on an empty stomach. at night its just to hard to time between meals for me.

If you're trying to lose weight - hit the cardio on an empty stomach.
