Tricep in jury...

So like I posted in the intro thread, I'm just returning to the gym from a two year hiatus. I did arms my first day back and must have gone a little too heavy on the tricep side. There is a very intense pain just below my arm pit on the back side of my tricep. I tried to do triceps again today and on the first skull crusher, it was over. I had already done biceps so I just called it a day. Anyone else had this problem and if so, how long did it take before you didn't have that pain anymore.

Could just be strained because it has been worked in so long and you probably didn't stretch. Is it bruised? You probably need to give it a good week or two now.

beefcake will become famous soon enough
I have pain in my tricep down by the elbow. It didn't start till I started going real heavy on the bb skull crushers. It goes away after I warm up for a few sets. May just want to lay off it for a week or so and then warm up first next time you hit em.
