First turn your caps off. Second everyone is different, we all have some body parts that lag behind, your could be your chest. In your previous post you said you are 16 years old so I am guessing you haven't been training for too long so just be patient. And Third again everyone is different what works for one person might not work for the other person. Personally I don't do chest and triceps because you already are working your triceps when you do your chest. I do chest and back or if I have to do some kinda arm it would be chest and biceps. That's me tho like I said everyone is different.

why not train triceps on chest day or shoulders day. Something like this.

ex:
mondays: chest and triceps
tuesdays: back and biceps
rest
thursdays: shoulders/abs
fridays: legs

For chest, give it a chance to grow, your still young. Try what feels best for u. I usually do: cable crossovers, deline bench, dips, and incline (2-3 sets of each).

i would train legs in the middle of the week. you are doing all upper body and then legs at the end of the week. give you upper body a break in the middle of the week and train legs.

Hey man i just started tis training routine 2 weeks ago, and its interesting. I thing i have noticed is i will stay sore longer than my previous routine. Also i noticed that when i do back, my forearms will give out faster and they will get puffy as hell, when that happens i do 3 sets of abs and than i am set again for back. try it for a while, f u stick too much to tis ur gonna plateu quickly. Don't forget cardio, i fit my cardio 15min pre and 15min post workout, except on days of legs cuz than my legs will collapse and i have to crawl my way to the locker room. Hope tis helps, Good luck.
